A small woodshop in Richmond, Virginia
A little wood.
A lot of wonder.
Wooden toys, thoughtful gifts, and one-of-a-kind projects. Made by hand, with a little imagination and a whole lot of heart.
For little kids. Big kids. And the kid in all of us.
A peek at the workbench
Small things.
Big personalities.
From a whale that fits in a little hand to a keepsake box for life’s treasures. Take a look around.
The story behind the whale
It all began
with a gift.
A neighbor’s handmade walnut whale. A new home with an empty woodshop. And a growing curiosity about what a simple piece of wood could become.
I’m Jeremy, the maker behind Walnut Whale Woodshop. What started with gifts for friends and family became a passion for creating things that bring people joy.
